The camp has only 6 spacious en-suite tents situated on the lower slopes of Kitumbeine Mountain overlooking the Great Rift Valley and grassland plains. The tents are elevated off the ground, each with a spacious deck equipped with two sun loungers to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets behind the mountain ranges of Gelai and Oldonyo Lengai. Each tent has a comfortable double bed overlooking the plains, en-suite bathroom with hot water shower, flush toilet and twin wash basins.
Lake Natron South Game Controlled Area is located north of Arusha in the famous Maasai Steppe. The area boasts a vast quantity of extinct volcanoes including the only active one in Tanzania: Oldonyo Lengai.
